We do not live in the 80's anymore kid, Embrace technology!

Ipod- stores notes, calendar, and syncs with office.

Navigation system gets you to places with ease *thus reducing stress

go to bed early. I make it a rule to be in bed by 10:30pm for important gigs. Being well rested reduces stress and keeps you focus. Stress is what starts the snowball effect. Have time for yourself as well. It will fall into place for you! Good luck. Also, if you need a new job- go to unemployment office,or "temp agencies" Most pay you while your looking for the right job. That might be good for you . It will help you find a job that motivates you enough to get out of bed.

may sleep late at night /lazy!/obsessive?
Sounds like a time management problem to me.

Or lazy. Are you late because you don't get out of bed in time to get ready?

You need to go to bed at a time that will give yourself plenty of rest before you have to get up, then start getting up earlier than you currently are. You'll have to discipline yourself to get up on time.

You need to get your act together now if you want to succeed in life. I can't think of one job that likes it's employees being late to work everyday.
The only way to help you is to know why you are late. Are you waking up late? Are you procrastinating? Do you do other things instead of getting ready? It could be anything from sleep problems, to lack of motivation, to ocd.
Try a routine for everything and you can do it in perfect timing.
